The terms that govern your workspace.

You are responsible for all activity within your workspace, the accuracy of destinations configured in your links, and keeping API keys and credentials confidential.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are creating a workspace on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Links, domains, and workspaces may not be used to distribute malware, run phishing campaigns, evade spam or abuse controls, or route traffic in violation of applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workspaces that violate this policy without prior notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for unused time on annual plans unless required by law.

We may update pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We target the uptime and latency levels published on our status page. Business and Enterprise plans may include a separate service level agreement with availability guarantees and credits.
